"Loved my stay here. Very well-located, staff (Jenina especially) were amazing. She accommodated our late check-in and allowed us to keep our bags in the lobby while waiting for our tour guide to come. She was very nice and welcoming and made our stay in SXM very pleasant. "Location is everything when traveling and the Atrium is ideally located steps from the beach, walking distance to food shopping and about 30 restaurants, close to a pier for sailing and day trip excursions, and across the street from a car rental agency if you want a car for a day or two. "We have stayed many times at the Hilton Royal Palm and always love it. We stayed in the West Wing which tends to be quieter at night. Resort is clean and well kept, staff is very friendly and helpful and it is conveniently located to many restaurants. It’s not on the best beach on the island but it’s still fine especially for kids. "

"We had a great condo, well furnished, beds were great, great view except for the railing being so high on the lanai. Also, cooking pans and knives could use an update. Waves are rough on this side of the island so you must travel to snorkel."
