"Loved my stay here. Very well-located, staff (Jenina especially) were amazing. She accommodated our late check-in and allowed us to keep our bags in the lobby while waiting for our tour guide to come. She was very nice and welcoming and made our stay in SXM very pleasant. "Beach view was unobstructed from our balcony. Since they have had a slow recovery from a storm in 2017, we understand the look of the exterior. Rooms are huge. They are updated."

"We have stayed many times at the Hilton Royal Palm and always love it. We stayed in the West Wing which tends to be quieter at night. Resort is clean and well kept, staff is very friendly and helpful and it is conveniently located to many restaurants. It’s not on the best beach on the island but it’s still fine especially for kids. The hotel is close to excellent dinning options, a great little French bakery and a cool little grocery store with reasonable pricing. Plus it's located on the beach!! They rake the beach every morning removing any sea grass that washed up. Staff we very accommodating and friendly. "

"We were a group of 6 who stayed at the resort and all enjoyed our stay. The staff were all friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We liked that the hotel was in a quieter spot on the island. The pool is gorgeous and we enjoyed the beach too (even with some sargassum). "

"We had a great condo, well furnished, beds were great, great view except for the railing being so high on the lanai. Also, cooking pans and knives could use an update. Waves are rough on this side of the island so you must travel to snorkel."
