"The room was clean but very basic, breakfast was brilliant and the staff were lovely, especially the cleaning staff, they were always welcoming with a smile and even attended our room hours after they'd done everyone else's as we spent almost a whole day relaxing in the room and then when we went out for dinner, they somehow knew and went in to freshen the room up which was greatly appreciated and totally unexpected given we hadn't seen them working on the floor when we left"

No turn down service, and we were offered a free drink to compensate, asked for baileys - but there was a huge problem with that and...
