"Loved the vibe and the room set up. We used the kitchen and it was well appointed. The bed was comfy."

"Excellent"

"A little treasure. You feel like you are away from the world in old time luxury. The staff are so helpful, polite and attentive. Plunder the pantry feels so wrong but is so good. The little touches make all the difference."

"Beautiful property, warm and inviting. The staff was very attentive, friendly and helpful."

"The room was super small and when checking in the put my bags in someone else room"

"Beautiful hotel, comfortable & clean rooms and excellent lounge service, with smooth check-in and check-out. Service and child friendly areas lacking, and small details like reception not picking up the phone, unresponsive room service, niece being given food with allergen when stated clearly before. For a hotel of this standard and price, much greater care is needed, particularly with food allergies."

"This is a beautiful boutique hotel in Belgravia. It’s centrally located so you can walk to shopping, restaurants, historical sites and concert venues easily. Victoria station is a short walk as well. The hotel is beautifully appointed and has a warm cozy feel. The included breakfast is a real plus as a nice way to start your day. "This hotel is FANTASTIC! Very last minute booking, literally less than an hour before I arrived. The location is literally around the corner from Buckingham Palace! I took a “single” basement floor room. Windows were present and the greenery view was calming. Every single thing was perfect. Exactly what I needed. The room is exactly as pictured. It’s like a little studio, perfectly laid out. Two people could easily stay here for a full vacation unless you want something extravagant. ...

"Clean and quiet rooms. Staff very helpful and friendly."

"Front desk, door man, and concierge were wonderful. Staff in the bar area were very unfriendly to us. Always had to flag someone down to place an order. The singer was amazing."

"Convenient location, really helpful and friendly staff. Good price."

"Muy bien la habitación y el servicio del personal espectacular"

"Lovely property in a great neighborhood!"

"We truly enjoyed our stay. The atmosphere that people working there created is very warm and welcoming. Hot breakfast is excellent. Art deco in the dining area is unique, modern, and tasteful. And most importantly, it is close to many tourist destinations such as Westminster Abbey, the Big Ben, Houses of Parliament and on. If you are a walker like us, you can walk to all these places without needing any bus/taxi ride."
