"I was very disappointed with the condition of the room. The room was not properly cleaned, and the bathroom was particularly unacceptable. There were cockroaches and other bugs inside the bathroom, which made the room feel unhygienic and uncomfortable.
I expected a much higher standard of cleanliness and sanitation. This experience was unacceptable, and I believe the hotel should address this issue immediately and take steps to ensure that rooms are thoroughly cleaned and inspected before guests...

"We’ve been staying there over 15 years, twice a year. We love the steak and salmon grilled dinner… fabulous deal. The property is ideally located, the property is in need of updates. It’s tired, but the staff, especially Catherine are so wonderful we will continue staying there.
Its on the bay. Watching the boats and sculling is great… 5 minutes to DT Oakland, 2 minutes to freeway… perfect location!."

"Chose this for the proximity to the airport, though we drove in from the Central Valley. Safe location. Short drive to the Bay Bridge to get to the city, short drives to the ferry stops, too. Really convenient location. Slept our family of 5 comfortably, but were not used to sharing one bathroom. Extra towels and blankets were readily available."

"Really great location! 2 minute walk away from the Powell train station and cable car so it makes it so easy to get around. Also within walking distance for many places. The front desk let us check in early without any hassle and were very nice and fast. We also enjoyed the food at the restaurant. Would stay again!"

"The hotels good for San Francisco, especially with self parking. It definitely did not have a partial or ocean front as specified on its website. It has a 10 minute walk to the wharf and other tourist attraction such as Ghirardelli chocolate factory. The hotel was very nice for a good night sleep!!"
