"Brand new hotel with amazing staff who actually seem happy to help. The rooms are clean, smart, look nice and come equipped with everything. Great location as we were going to the O2 for a concert. "Great hotel, convenient location right near a bus stop that took us to all the attractions we wanted to see. The rooms are small but very clean and exactly what we needed. "Location is a 10/10, the property is next to tower bridge and close to the station. The check-in was ok, friendly & efficient, some additional information about the hotel would have been nice but nothing. Our room is dated and smells like old cigarette smoke. Bed & bedding good, the bathroom is a below average, floor flood's during showers and drain in the sink appear to have blockages as the water goes down the drain very very slowly. Didn't eat there, no details given, internet works ok."

"I had a great stay here when in canary wharf for meetings. Although the hotel is little dated for a 5*, it has an amazing leisure centre access with beautiful riverside pool. The staff were all really attentive and fantastic. Particular shout to Cindy who was super helpful to me on reception. Really appreciate it. "

"I didn’t enjoy it as much as previous stays. The two women on reception when I arrived were great. The guy who made my tea on day 2 didn’t seem to know what he was doing, couldn’t find the milk and made the worst tea ever, which I paid for. That morning I felt hassled 6 times by other staff when I’d booked an extra night. I had to keep explaining and in the end went to reception. First the guy knocked 4 times and then a woman asking the same thing. Previously, it was better. "
