"The refrigerator in our room was not clean when we checked in. When I tried to empty it out, the contents spilled and m the floor. I informed the manager, and he immediately came to the room to see what had happened. He apologized and offered to move us to another room, so we wouldn’t have to put up with the smelly carpet. He followed up as soon as a room became available. He was pleasant and professional and resolved the issue right away."

"Our stay at the Courtyard by Marriott Baltimore Hunt Valley was extremely disappointing. The first room we were assigned had a strong musty, dirty smell. We were moved to a second room, which was better, but the AC compressor was unbelievably loud — it sounded like an airplane taking off. "I liked how the room was decorated and put together. There was a lot to choose from on the breakfast buffet and the kitchen kept up nicely with with demand. Without being ask, the cleaning staff removed our dirty towels and replaced them with fresh one. I do believe there was anything to speak of that I didn’t like."
