"I would give this property zero star. There is no receptionist or staff that can assist with anything. The room is different from the photo. No body wash available. The worse is there is 1 night that someone is knocking on our door telling that he is the security and he is hearing noises in our room. We did not open as it is very creepy since there were no noise as we were sleeping. Then he came back, knocking on the door next to us and saying he's been seeing smoke in the window. The girl...

"Staff were friendly and helpful but the hotel itself is not in great shape. It is clearly an older building and hotel. Bed was not comfy, room did not feel clean, noise insulation was terrible. Would not recommend! Not worth it."

"We've always preferred staying in Westminster when we visit London but had never stayed at the Royal Horse Guards before. We found it almost by chance on this trip and are very happy that we did; it will be our first choice on future trips to London. The hotel is ideally situated just a short walk from Trafalgar Square and right along the Thames and yet is on a quiet side street away from the noise and crowds.
