The staff is what made it absolutely exceptional! The receptionist, the door men, the random cleaners.. best customer service! Room was absolutely lovely and clean, really nice steam room and gym. Highly recommend!

Maldron Hotel Shoreditch London
We were able to arrange an early check in time with no problem, room was spotless and nice and modern and had good selection of tea, coffee and snacks, staff were very friendly. The hotel is next to a few pubs and places to eat and is in the middle of 2 tube stations for getting about

It's a clean, well maintained hotel in a good location, staff on reception were very polite. We had breakfast on the second day that had a few problems, nothing too serious, but I'm not giving it a perfect mark mainly because I thought the rooms were a bit cold in style.
