A few issues with the bathroom..the walk in shower panel was not long enough so water ended up on the tile floor..the black tiles were cold on the feet and very slippery when wet. I wished there was a make up mirror. I couldnt use any of the mirrors as the lughting was not bright enough. Otherwise, ...

Frances in the bar and restaurant was excellent. He was helpful kind and attentive. The bed was comfortable, the shower was great.

Thistle London Heathrow Terminal 5
The documents/info we received did not mention the POD rail transfer from T5 to hotel (8 plus pounds pp each way) We took bus route 423 for a fraction of the price Bus runs every 15 minutes. Restaurant is pretty good. There is also a nice pub 10 minute walk to the west
