Hilton Garden Inn London Heathrow Terminal 2 and 3
Okay for an early flight for terminal 2. Expensive hotel but room very basic with no extras like slippers, water biscuits etc. On the positive it's only a couple of minutes walk to departures. Can get a train into London.

Thistle London Heathrow Terminal 5
Great option for terminal 5 with the pod transfer - comfortable enough room - great value. Only in the room for about 7 hours before an early flight but slept well!

Hyatt Place London Heathrow Airport
Great food, clean, but there are no power outlets in the bathroom. The bath is exceedingly dangerous btw with a tub a foot up and no shower door. I felt unsafe in the shower

The Tower Hotel, by Thistle
Hotel felt like is was 2004, it’s a 2 star not a 4. While the view of the bridge is fantastic the rooms are not. No aircon or heating, no minibar or fridge and the bed has the qualities of a wood plank. The bathroom had wood falling apart and tiles that are clearly the original form when the place ...
