Stamford Bridge Hotel London

"Great breakfast, tho it wasn't free. Clean room, fantastic staff/customer service. Honestly the only thing I really wasn't a fan of was that the AC was not great, particularly since I was there during a heat wave. But then, I'm told AC is not a very commonly good think in the UK in general, so...there you are! And they did actually bring a fan up unasked when I complained about the temp. In all, an excellent budget stay!"

"We had a great stay at Chiswick Rooms for six nights. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout. The location is excellent, just a 2-minute walk from Stamford Brook Station (District Line) and about a 10-minute walk to My Place Chiswick for a nice English breakfast. The air conditioning was a big plus, especially in July when indoor spaces can feel warm and humid. The room also had a kettle with instant coffee, tea, and milk, which was convenient. A couple of things to note: the rooms and shower space are quite compact, which may be challenging for travelers used to larger North American spaces. The stairways are narrow, and there is no lift at Stamford Brook Station, so carrying luggage can be a bit inconvenient. Overall, a very good stay and a great choice for the location. We would happily stay here again."

"This hotel is located on King Street, right in the middle of the action. There are lots of restaurants, stores, a park and the Hammersmith Bridge walking path along the Thames River. It is close to both the rail and bus stations. For London, it is a lowered priced hotel in comparison to the touristy area of Soho. Breakfast was good and there was a bar offering drinks in the common area but we did not experience it. The staff was helpful."
