Felt lik a scam

It was advertised as having parking, a working oven and WiFi. All 3 were unavailable when I arrived. I would never have booked it if I had known. Parking was a constant stress, as the free spots that were given as a substitute had broken down cars in them. The WiFi was never fixed. After 4 days of asking we finally got an oven rack. I would recommend Hotels.com ban this owner from the site.
