"Loved our deluxe size room and the folks assisting with the bags, being shown directly to our room and the size, amenities and qualities of all products picked. The blissful bed delivered and was the comfiest of all beds we've stayed at and the noise level was so quiet (assuming there was good noise reduction techiniques in place AND also thenstreet its on is not overrun like some hotels we stayed at closer to victoria station area) that we often slept in numerous days and didnt realize how late...

"The staff were excellent! I found the hotel rooms a little shabbier than depicted in the photos. I was expecting old English charm but it just seemed more like old. Apart from my disappointment in the room , everything else was good! The back patio was excellent!"

For some reason I thought I purchased a view bit to my surprise I didn’t there were other apartments in view which was on as I didn’t stay in my hotel only for sleeping.the hotel is close to the bus station but the metro tube is not close but doable with large suitcase (use the lift/elevator) to transport. "
