"The place was very good for the price paid, very clean and rooms looked very nice. The only issue we had was with the shower, which was clogged and we tried many times to ask for help in the lobby to fix it but nobody dis anything. Overall is a good budget option to stay in good spot."

"Front desk staff good. Restaurant good as well. The room however left much to be desired. I could not get any heat as the thermostat did not work. They are replacing them apparently. Who knew that heat is a hotel was optional ?? "

"部屋自体はコンパクトではありますが料金が非常にリーズナブルなのに、必要なことは全て揃っていると感じます。極めて清潔で設備も新しく、シャワーもすぐにあたらかいお湯が出るし、シャワールームでジャンジャンお湯を流してもルームの外にお湯が流れ出るようなことはありません。またスタッフもフレキシブルで親切。部屋の壁紙なども可愛くて気持ちがワクワクします！寝ている間にベッドの隙間に携帯が落ちて、朝ベッドを動かしたのですが、ベッドの下まで髪の毛一本落ちていないのを見た時には、本当に感激！またロンドンに来た際にはここに泊まります。"

"I thought the property was in a perfect location, we were able to walk 20-30min to everything we wanted to see. The staff was amazing, the restaurant/bar was really good. I didn’t like the room at all, I had never stayed in a room that small or that had bathroom in the middle of it. As someone that is handicapped it was very hard to move around in there. I wish this would’ve been told to me before getting the hotel. The AC also didn’t work in my room, they tried to fix it but it still didn’t...
