"Hermitage hotel is a wonderful place to stay Rafaela on reception did really great job on assisting us. Every staff there are nice and kind. Waking up with the lake lucerne and mountain view was amazing. We definitely coming back. Highly recommended for others to enjoy."

"J’ai séjourné dans cet hôtel récemment et nous y avons passé un très bon moment. L’hôtel est tout neuf et moderne, et la propreté est excellente, ce qui a rendu le séjour encore plus agréable. Les espaces sont bien conçus et fonctionnels. Nous n’avons pas utilisé le parking de l’hôtel car il nous était plus pratique de nous garer ailleurs à un coût inférieur (20 francs suisses pour toute la durée du séjour).
