"Location was perfect, staff friendly and helpful, food in the restaurant downstairs was delicious. Things to note. The elevator is small so if you travel with a larger group you will have to take turns and streets are stone so keep in mind for larger rolling luggage. I had no issue with a carryon and backpack."

"Excelente ubicación y habitaciones amplias."

"It was clean, receptionist was so kind and welcoming and the best hotel in Lucerne. Highly recommend"

"Nice little hotel in a great location. Nice and close to the train station, lake, shopping and the bridge. Only bad thing was the WiFi was pretty much non existent up in the room and the furniture pieces were too big for the room, couldn’t even open the bathroom door all the way."

"Best thing about the place is the scenic location and the bar with breathtaking views . The bartender is great and makes exceptional cocktails. The room was average and with the king bed there were 2 single bed combined . The room was not cleaned properly and the biggest let down was the food in the resturaunt with limited options . Overall the stay was okay but there are a lot more hotels in luzerne which I would recommend better than this ."

"Location was the main point. A bare bones approach, good enough for sleeping, nothing more. I guess this what you get in Switzerland in that pcice range, which was not low by any means."
