Only 1 dressing robe and slippers in the room, although booked as a couple. Room service was a bit random. The sandwiche that arrived was not great, with a tired piece of lettuce, 2 small tomatoes and some tortilla chips. Breakfast was again fine but nothing to write home about. "Really do not understand about the £30 Deposit and concern about Parking fees- Why Parking was not free who are staying & paying hotel overnight!"

"Perfectly adequate stay. We were only there for a brief overnight stay for a graduation. Booked 3 rooms. Twin room excellent, huge beds and bathroom, other double rooms a lower spec. Beds super comfy, very dark and well air conditioned rooms. Friendly and efficient reception staff. Parking included. Fast check in and checkout. Didn’t use bar or restaurant so can’t comment. Taxi ride into Uni and centre of town."

"Hotel looked great online and like a 1970s holiday camp when we arrived with metal staircases and chalet rooms We also had a lovely guest decide to smash the room up under us and threaten everyone police called not 1 member of staff checking anyone was ok Breakfast was awful all in all never to be repeated again"

"I paid over £200 for one night here. The experience was very poor. I chose it because the hotel is centrally located and has a decent pool. At check-in the receptionist was more interested in talking to her friend than in her customer. The room was clean, but very averagely furnished. Ridiculously, if you chose to use the bath, there is no soap or shampoo within reach (see photo). The dispensers are fixed to the inside shower wall, so you’d have to get out of the bath for soap. "The hotel is conveniently located close to everything. The train station was less than 10 mins walk. There's a Tesco express and a Sainsbury's right outside the hotel. The room was clean and spacious enough to fit a queen bed, double sofa bed and a cot. We had a comfortable sleep. We used the pool once, there was a steam room as well.
