"Great breakfast But Manila restaurant near by was up sale I ordered two portions plus appetizer to share on a platter they brought 8 portions on a platter not knowing it was that many end up with 250 Euro bill thinking be less than 100 Euro Not recommending that restaurant "

"It was fine for a hotel to stay near the airport. There are a lot of nearby dining options. You’ll have to carry your bag up at least one flight of steps. "

"It’s was clean. The door to the shower was off the top hinge and wouldn’t close properly. The pillows were very uncomfortable and no clear instructions on turning on lights and AC. We didn’t know you have to keep your card in a slot to have it turn on. We were also charged 10 Euros upon departure for a city tax when I paid for the room and taxes on Expedia "

"I enjoyed staying here, rooms are modern, very clean and quiet. Staff a very friendly. Minutes away from markets and restaurants and a 5 minute walk to the beach. This is a bed and breakfast guest house apartment, not a hotel for everyone to know. Would definitely stay here again. :) "

"This guest house is located very close to the FCO airport, and they offer a shuttle in the morning for a reasonable price that we were able to take at 6am. The staff is very kind and the room was lovely and very spacious. We even had our own front yard with our room, which was a pleasant surprise. The guest house is near Ostia Antica if you are interested in archaeological sites. It is also very close to the beach if the weather is nice. There are lots of great seafood restaurants nearby. "

"A boutique hotel is one that feels small, intimate, and quaint. It typically has less than 100 rooms and offers guests an ultra-personal service….by no means was there any personal service here. There was no staff. It was all self service. I would expect a reduced nightly rate because of this. Not the case. "
