Very basic property but expensive for the amenities. Very well located. Staff was friendly but at checkout they didn't want to call a taxi for us. Room wasn't quiet, you can hear conversations from next rooms in the middle of the night. I will not stay again there. Many better places around.

Great location, rooms are a bit small but fine. The stuff was friendly. The only problem was that the walls are so thin that it was difficult to sleep because of the noise in the hotel

Poorly kept hostel. The room was not cleaned properly, bed sheets were dirty, odor ciming from the toilet etc. Only good thing was the location. Centrally located near many good restaurants and attractions

The a/c did make the room cool, just a little fresh. The safe box was broken and we were promised that it would be repaired soon, but never occurred

The location and the cleanliness of the facility. The administration must instruct the employees to be more polite. One evening, when I entered the lobby with my sister and niece (who live in Madrid) to pick up a gift I brought for them, the person in charge of the night shift yelled to us in a very nasty way: "Two minutes!", as if I we were in a jail. My sister and niece were in shock.Humiliating treatment!

El personal muy atento. La sala de estar y recepción limpias y agradables, pero la habitación fue de pesadilla. Sábanas transparentes, aire que no enfriaba, televisor con poca programación, baño sucio y no lugar para poner jabón o champú o enjuague bucal.La cubierta de la cama desgastada y poco limpia.

Bem localizado mas a rua é bem movimentada, consequentemente mais barulho. O quarto é silencioso, reformado. Porém tivemos problemas com o ar condicionado. Fazendo 35 graus, ele ligava e desligava e ainda caiu bastante agua. Comunicamos o ocorrido mas por ser fim de semana não houve técnico para concerto. O box no banheiro não tem nenhum lugar para apoiar seus objetos, sabonete, shampoo e etc… Alguns dias não foi limpo o chão e nem trocado a toalha do piso. Mas todos foram muito prestativos.
