Mis Ć  part lā€™emplacement qui est top. Rien de bien. CommenƧons par lā€™entrĆ©e qui nā€™a rien dā€™un hĆ“tel une grille rouge en mauvaise Ć©tat. La serrure fonctionne mal, plus de 10 min pour rĆ©ussir Ć  entrĆ©e. Le hall de lā€™immeuble (oui cā€™est un immeuble) est dĆ©labrĆ© il nā€™y a pas de vitre sur les fenĆŖtres. ArrivĆ© Ć  lā€™Ć©tage lā€™accueil (si on peut appeler Ƨa ainsi) se fait dans le couloir avec un accueil des plus glaciale. La chambre 1 seul prise lā€™autre ne fonctionne pas. Le lit est propre une couverture de plus est disponible mais elle pue. La salle de bain est humide limite insalubre. Disons que pour quelques euros de plus il vaut mieux aller ailleurs. Je dĆ©conseille cet Hostal.

Ottimo per qualitĆ  prezzo

Se cercate una sistemazione economica in centro cittĆ  siete nel posto giusto! Un signore sempre presente fino alle ore 24 in una piccola reception (uno stanzino al centro del corridoio) ci ha accolto gentilmente ma senza troppe chiacchiere ci ha lasciato alla nostra giornata in cittĆ ! Se avete intenzione di alloggiare qui ovviamente presentatevi con un buon spirito di adattamento. L'ostello si trova a pochi minuti da Puerta del Sol, Gran VĆ­a e dal quartiere Chueca. La posizione ĆØ strategica, il palazzo ĆØ un pĆ² vecchiotto ma personale conserva il fascio di un tempo con scale di legno per salire fino al terzo piano (senza ascensore, non lamentatevi farete sport gratuitamente). La camera della giusta dimensione con bagno privato, asciugacapelli e saponi, televisore a schermo piatto, aria condizionata perfettamente funzionante, frigorifero, forno a microonde e utensili da cucina. La struttura avrebbe bisogno di una rinfrescata alle pareti e un pĆ² di manutenzione ordinaria, che forse da molto tempo non viene fatta.La struttura ĆØ pulita, camera e bagno puliti, asciugamani e coperte puliti e senza macchie. Per il prezzo pagato 30ā‚¬ in 2 persone per una camera con bagno privato (in centro a Madrid) credo proprio che non ci possa essere nessuna lamentela, se non qualche piccola critica che se verrĆ  ascoltata potrĆ  essere solo costruttiva! Il massimo dei voti per posizioni, rapporto qualitĆ  prezzo (che credo sia imbattibile)per una sistemazione semplice ed economica nel cuore di Madrid

Ruim porƩm bem localizado

Muitas escadas. HorrĆ­vel para quem tem certa idade. A parede tinha rachaduras de forma que conseguia visualizar o quarto ao lado. O banheiro era extremamente pequeno e eles nĆ£o fornecem produto de banho conforme no anĆŗncio. Ɖ um hotel ruim porĆ©m bem localizado e barato comparado a outros.

Bad smell

I would not recommend this hostel for anybody mostly for the very bad smell which comes from fungi in the very old never repaired building and that is damaging for your health and also the bed was broken and the smell in the bathroom was not good

Si vas para un dĆ­a solo puede servirte por su ubicaciĆ³n y precio pero nada mĆ”s. No lo catalogarĆ­a de hostal sino como pensiĆ³n, servicio limpieza pĆ©simo, muebles muy daƱados no como en fotos, para ducharte tienes que hacer malabares... Servicio muy poco profesional, nevera llena de escarcha en congelador, se lo comentĆ© en la llegada y no hicieron nada, la limpieza del polo brilla por su ausencia asĆ­ como humedades en habitaciĆ³n teniendo que tener ventana abierta en Noviembre... Ah no tiene calefacciĆ³n, el aparato es aire acondicionado, eso tampoco te lo dicen, decepciĆ³n total...

De ligging van het Hostel is top; middenin de stad, dichtbij de winkelstraat Gran Via. Prijs was echt scherp, daarom zijn we zeker niet veeleisend. Maar er werden geen handdoeken gewisseld, hier moesten we zelf om vragen. Uiteindelijk maar zuinig aan gedaan met het gebruik, want de derde dag niemand gezien van de ā€˜receptieā€™. Schoonmaak was er niet; nadat we ā€˜s avonds terugkwamen was er niets schoongemaakt in onze kamer. De lakens waren wel bij aankomst wel schoon, fris en strak gesteven; fijn! Maar het sierplaid was smoezelig. Er wordt geadverteerd met donzen dekbedden; niet gezien. Tenzij hiermee de (eveneens smoezelige) dik gekleurde deken werd bedoeld, die lag in de scheve kast die van ellende bijna uit elkaar viel. Nadat de eerste persoon gedouched had, had de tweede persoon ijskoud water. De temperatuur op de kamer was koud; afstandsbediening van de airco gaf continu 23 graden aan, dus die was ws ook kapot. Geen idee hoe we de kamer konden verwarmen, dit is ons niet uitgelegd en hebben geen verwarming gezien. We hebben geprobeerd met de fƶhn de boel een beetje te verwarmen. De douchecabine was piepklein en tevens schimmel op het plafond en muren. Wc-bril verschoof; auw! De tandpasta-spetters van de vorige gasten zaten op de spiegel en de muren. Zeer gehorig op de gang en kamers. Prima, goedwerkende schone koelkast. Kortom, als je voor een zeer scherpe prijs middenin de stad wilt zijn en bovenstaande voor lief wilt nemen dan doen, want Madrid is prachtig! Dat absoluut!

Cogimos 2 habitaciones una individual y una doble, el comentario es sobre las 2 habitaciones, para que no haya duda de la habitaciĆ³n 5 y 6, la colcha que se ve en la foto es la misma pero sucia y mal oliente. Esa lampara naranja que se ve en la mesita no funcionaba y esta llena de polvo, los lavabos tenĆ­an bichos en la duchas que cuando entrabas se escondĆ­an en un agujero. Habitaciones llenas de grietas y humedades, me encontrĆ© con un cuchillo usado, armario torcido y cristal roto, no es un hostal en la puerta pone pensiĆ³n (una mala pensiĆ³n). la pensiĆ³n se sitĆŗa en el piso numero 3 , el resto de pisos son viviendas agenas al hostal. 0 de 5 si lo describiera con una palabra seria GUARRO, SUCIO y hasta con ASQUEROSO. NO VOLVERIA NUNCAAA !!! AUN REGALADO. TENGO FOTOS DE TODO.

La habitaciĆ³n no es como se muestra en las imĆ”genes , tiene humedades en las paredes, el lavabo aparte de ser pequeƱo tiene una pica que se emboza y es enana, la ducha esta sucia es pequeƱa tiene bichos que se esconden en rincones y la cortina huele a rancio y sucio. No hay servicio de habitaciones, si quieres toallas o papel de baƱo tienes que pedirlo, no limpian el cuarto ningĆŗn dĆ­a. Cuando llegas a la puerta ya da mala espina, aparte de que es una pensiĆ³n no un hostal Como indica en la pĆ”gina y en Google maps, aparte se situa en un bloque de pisos el cual solo 1 piso es la pensiĆ³n el resto es de personas agenas a la pension. Lo unico bueno es que tienes una pequeƱa nevera y un pequeƱo microondas, que al final no usas por asco a que no lo limpien tampoco. No volverĆ­a NUNCA!!!

Other than location, I did not like anythomg else. The property is rated a 1 star and not aa advertised. Air in room was leaking water, TV didn't work first 4 days, no elevators, walk up to 4th floor but indicatrs 3rd as they count 1st as floor zero, conditions of stairs very risky.

Great for couples for like to go out!

We absolutely love the area! It's 30 seconds to the heart of Madrid. Of course it is noisy, a party place and is not for families. Because is a place to have fun. My boyfriend and I had a wonderful time. Okay the electricity dissapeared for about 30 mns but the hotel did everything they can to fix it. The pipes are also hot that burn in the shower. Again not for kids. For adults only.
