What a smart concept of hotel. Loved it! Communication trough email and text were great. Instructions were clear and easy to follow. Location could have not been better and we had an unforgettable time in Madrid. This stay made all the difference.

Great location and good for solo or group travelers. It was a bit different not having a front desk but once you checked in online per the link and had the information you were good to go. It’s a different business model but if you are self sufficient you are good to go! I did ask a couple of questions to the what’s app (that’s how you communicate) but felt like a bother to ask about things like an iron or extra towels, which I would have had there been a front desk. Definitely recommend for anyone who is well travelled and doesn’t have many questions. Great location, quite considering the location and a great price!

The self check-in is pretty straight forward. I had an over an hour delayed flight so I got there late in the night, but I got to my room easily by the instructions even though there wasn't any lighting on the way up the stairs to the entrance. I had the private room and I loved the whole setup/decor and especially the views from the balcony! It's situated close to the Metro and lots a great food places, shopping areas, entertainment and more. Plus it's in waking distance of the Palacio Real and the Cathedral. I had an issue come up during my stay and staff we quick to respond and fix it. I would definitely stay here again!

The location is amazing but the service is terrible! Spent 5 nights and no housekeeping even once! Why would you have to request for your lines to be changed if you are paying for 5 nights!? That tells you everything! I reported issue, and requested for an upgrade to a private room and they were fast to say no. Never again

Looks lovely from out side , rooms were nice looking bathroom needed work light in mirror did not work. The windows opened and hard to shut heard water from the pipes and smells of waist when the so-called water came down the pipes beside out our window. Our view was of the building behind us, no blinds just curtains so you couldn’t have them open or the people in the building across could see in. Room served its purpose for just sleeping as we were out all day.
Bathroom not sure what the holders were for as there was nothing in them . I though cups?
Outside walking to the hotel very cute area but gets busy at night bar around the corner which was always busy.

Great room in the very center of Madrid, clean and good size, with a private bathrooms bed balcony. Our room shared communal area (dining table, coffee/tea) with a hostel which was not a problem at all. Everything was very clean and calm.Very happy with our choice.

It really surprised me this hotel. It’s the cleanest and comfortable hotel , room no 5 was looking amazing, the view from the balcony was something different with the trees flowering . I had some problems with the email about the pins and they help me straight away .I came just for one night, and to be honest I didn’t want to leave . I will be back soon for sure

Beautiful Hostel in centre of Madrid

What a lovely Hostel. When I saw the room I could not believe how pretty it was. The place was so quiet and safe. Checkin went smoothly. 2 mins from Opera and 5 mins from Sol. This will be our place now. Fraction of the price of Hotel across the road. We loved it. And the bathroom was brand new.

The view from the balcony was great ! The room itself was decorated nicely. Downside the shower didn’t have hot water and wouldn’t turn on properly. Tried contacting them twice never got a response.

Great location! The hostel is in the center of Madrid, near restaurants, stores, boutiques, and more. Note: There is no reception or room service; you can check in using a code. I didn’t like a few things, including the absence of a receptionist and room service. The mattress was very uncomfortable, and my back hurt badly after just one night of sleep. There was no mini fridge in the room, and the bed sheets were smaller than the mattress itself. Also, there was no small console or desk table for someone who wants to work remotely and there is no closet/Iron. Other than that, I liked it. It was super clean and smelled good.
