"Great location in a quiet section close to the Alte Oper. Could to most things, including the old town, zoo and river walk. The junior suite was clean and specious and the hospitality was impeccable. Martina at the front desk was an immense help helping navigate places to go and things to do. "

"I am extremely dissatisfied with my stay. The room was very dirty and clearly not properly cleaned. The floor had not been washed correctly: after my shower, I placed a white towel on the floor to wipe up the water, and it came back completely black. There were feces under the toilet bowl, the shower head was not descaled and covered in limescale, and to make matters worse, I even found a hair in the sink. This level of hygiene is completely unacceptable. I do not recommend this room at all...

"El baño de la habitación estaba sucio a la llegada, avisamos que presentaba un olor feo y nos dijeron que como era tarde a la mañana a las 10:00 del siguiente día, irían a limpiar, nosotros salimos todo el día y al regresar el baño seguía igual, el olor a baño y lo sucio en el piso era insoportable para poder entrar y también por que era tarde ya no pudieron hacer nada, ofrecieron cambiarnos, no lo aceptamos demasiado tarde ofrecieron esa opción."

"Das Zimmer war sehr gut, das Personal sehr freundlich. Die Lage ist auch sehr günstig. Einziger Kritikpunkt meinem Empfinden nach ist, dass tatsächlich für 2 Personen auch tatsächlich nur je 2 Teller, Gläser, Löffel, Gabeln etc. vorhanden sind. So ist man gezwungen, entweder nach der Nutzung direkt von Hand zu spülen oder - extrem umweltschädlich - für die paar Sachen die Spülmaschine anzuwerfen. Hier wäre etwas mehr Vorrat sicher sinnvoll."
