"When I checked in I was disappointed about the rooms cleanliness. The floors were sandy, shower had mould and the sheets a giant stain.
The hotel was fully booked so I couldn’t swap rooms. Instead they offered a full clean. Which didn’t address any of the issues. Very disappointing.

"We were upgraded to a beautiful suite. The reception was very helpful and because we had 1/2 board we even had dinner in the room.Breakfast had a nice selection and wasn’t crowded or noisy at all.
