"Great helpful staff."

"Clean room, helpful staff and good location…currently under a bit of renovation otherwise great."

"The location is excellent, and I want to commend the front desk staff for how professionally they handled my concerns and helped de-escalate a very frustrating situation. Their response was appreciated. However, for a hotel charging approximately €330 for one night and marketed as a four-star property, I expected a higher level of comfort. The hotel operates a central heating and air-conditioning system, which meant I could not control the air conditioning in my room. Even when the weather...

"Wonderful and not in the main area but walking distance."

"The unit was clean and staff was friendly and helpful. It was nice to have a kitchen. One of the bedrooms was facing the street so it was very noisy at night even with a sound machine. The other inner room (no window) was quiet. The location is central but very busy. I prefer their other location."

"The room was clean and quiet given the location of the building. Not having staff available between Midnight and 8 AM posed a huge problem for us as we had an emergency and was not able to get a hold of anyone via phone nor text. A small item, providing free coffee in the lobby would have been nice."

"Ok"

"The apartment is nice, clean and very private. Location is excellent, the staff is friendly and respectful. We are a family of 4 and the space was very comfortable. Overall a nice place to stay. I Recommend it."

"Great location"

"Had a great stay, in a good location not far to walk to most of the main sites only 10 minutes to the grand via and about 20 minutes to the palace.Close to transport links, lots of good restaurants and bars in the area and a couple of supermarkets very close.Lovely big apartment very clean had everything we needed, staff were very helpful and friendly,Ruslana and Salvadore were great with information about how to get around and recommendations for trips.Would definitely stay again"

"Great location and good room, walls were pretty thin and could hear outside also. Would recommend."

"Location was walkable to the tourist areas specially where we wanted to go. Restaurants around the area that is not so touristy nor pricey. There is a mini market and self service laundry within 4-5min walk. 2 Twin beds in the only 1bedroom, 1 bathroom with a small load washer/dryer that takes too long cycles but nice to have. Another twin bed in the main living, and the sofa that turns into a bunk bed, that makes it all 5 twin beds for 5 of us. Main bedroom may be able to be transformed to a...

"The rooms were clean and the staff was great and very helpful. The room wasn't fancy, but the beds were comfortable. There is a small refrigerator and there is a nice supermarket right up the street. The location was very good for most of the sites in Madrid. It's close to two Metro stations and the Metro was very useful and easy to use. We used it to come in from the airport with directions Adis gave to us. The only concern is the noise from the nightlife down on the street, but there's nothing...
