"AC did not work but the fan worked. Some of the furniture was worn or broken. But overall, for Mexico, and especially Yelapa where there are limited amenities, it was fairly good.
The staff were helpful, especially Ismar, who spoke some English. As my Spanish is poor I was grateful for that!"

"We had the best time! The staff is amazing, especially our butler Josué Hidalgo… From booking dinners to reserving pickleball courts! He was so friendly and helpful. Also, Victor at the Hemingway Lounge kept the most delicious cocktails flowing. The beach is so beautiful and has everything you need… snorkeling, swimming, surfing and more. "This is a gorgeous resort with lovely service. Everyone very kind and helpful. I loved walking around and hearing all the amazing birds. Our room was spacious and very nice. Gorgeous grounds, too! The restaurants were good but not amazing - they are serving a lot of people. We enjoyed the poolside food (poke, ceviche, cheap nojitos!). The breakfast buffet was okay - liked the quesadilla station and the fresh fruit, and the pastries were good. But it was frenetic and crazy (go early!) and there...
