"A very comfortable hotel, much larger than it appears from the outside. The room was excellent (our only complaint concerns the erratic bedside lamps whose shades had to be balanced to perfection in order to work at all). The staff was very helpful and nice. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom had all you might require. We had a room at the back, looking at a rock face and distant resident buildings - very quiet at night. "Room was spotless and well presented. Bathroom was a bit basic with no amenities provided but that's fine. Did not see any staff but had no need to. I would've provided confirmation of how to enter hotel/room slightly earlier; only heard back just before getting on flight to get to Sweden but again, it all worked out well in the end"
