"We had an amazing time at Ocean El Faro! It was such a lovely family getaway, and we came home with wonderful memories. We enjoyed trying the different restaurants, and the steaks at the steakhouse were definitely our favourite! A special thank you to our butler, Hector, for taking care of us throughout our stay. He was a huge help with booking our restaurant reservations and was always there whenever we needed assistance. We did encounter a few problems with our room, but we truly appreciated...

"Buena ubicación, lugar tranquilo"

"Resort exceeded my expectations. Resort was very well kept and modern. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. This is a great resort to relax and rest. Best part for me was the pool. It surrounded the whole resort which gave enough space for everyone to enjoy the pool without being jammed together. Super peaceful place."

"Royalton Bavaro is a great resort to stay at if you want an nice, relaxing vacation. Everything is well cared for by the staff."

"Amazing resort, great food, and even better hospitality!!"

"I am very disappointed with the condition of the room. The room was extremely dirty, the bathroom had visible mold, and the sheets had noticeable stains. This is unacceptable and does not meet basic cleanliness standards expected from a hotel. I would appreciate an immediate resolution, an appropriate refund. Please address these concerns as soon as possible."

"Everything was very good; the only thing that needs improvement is the very old gym equipment."

"It is not with the GPS and there is no number for. To call"

"Excellent service and amenities! The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The food was good overall. Some restaurants were a hit or miss, but there was always something available that you could find and enjoy. Overall, we had a great experience and an enjoyable stay!"
