"Ocean El Faro is an amazing experience. From the staff members to the amenities! Pool was sweet and bartenders were friendly and fast with drinks haha! We also had an amazing Majordomo, Jose ! He was quick in attending our needs, we have an 8th month old and needed water bottles to make formula and he was quick with getting us water bottles and answering any questions! 20/10 would recommend again!!"

"Everything was nice and clean. I had very high expectations of the restaurants, but found they were too high. Although I found things to eat from talking to other couples I feel like there aren’t many choices. Rooms are pretty clean, the staff is nice, and breakfast was the same, but consistent. The omelette station was my highlight. The only other thing is that it’s been a week since leaving the resort and there’s still $500 pending on my credit card. I’m actually upset that it hasn’t fallen...

"It’s not finished and there is a ton of construction going on. It’s not organized and employees do not understand a lot of questions. Resort credits are a joke. The pools are great and the water sides are great. Ice cream is also good. The arcade is good because all the games are free. I suspect that could change. It should be wonderful in the future but right now it’s not completely finished and a lot of stuff is not open or complete. We loved the pools that were open."
