"Arrived at the Inn with no problems. Check in was an easy and fast. Had the room ready for us. Nice size for 2 people and room was clean. Everything work like it supposed to. Newer LG tv with premium channel with HBO and others. A/C. Works very well and super cold air coming out. Parking was good and also street parking too and across from chick fil-a if you are craving for chicken strip😂."

"Although the resort is older, it is clean and well-maintained overall; however, our stay was completely ruined by defective room temperature controls and the staff's total lack of problem-solving ability. During very cold weather, the room temperature remained frozen at 69°F, and turning up the thermostat only produced cold air. When I complained, the front desk quickly moved us to another room, but the new room had the exact same heating issue. An engineer was sent to inspect it, but he...

"First Hampton I've stayed at this year that didn't have a musty smell, so that's a plus. Everything was clean except the chair was stained so we didn't use it. Air conditioner was quiet. TV console/dresser is bulky, so we had to skirt around each other at the foot of the beds. Refrigerator opened opposite of cupboard door, so awkward to use. No microwave :/. No hanging hooks/racks for more than one towel or clothes. No luggage rack so had to improvise. Ample parking. Friendly staff. Convenient...

"The shower head fell off the wall around 11pm waking myself and young children. Front desk sent maintenance the next day for a repair. Breakfast buffet was not sanitary, multiple utensils and cross contamination is a kind way to put it. I understand they can’t control a 9 year old kid coughing directly onto all the flatware but it still made it so I wasn’t comfortable partaking in the “included breakfast”. I asked to be put on the do not disturb list for housekeeping for the duration of my stay...
