"Although Properly close to Downtown and had a private gate and quiet neighborhood; the standard to be a 4 start rate property it’s too far away. Had Broken curtains, non matching towels, missing shower door, ants infestation, unclean refrigerator, unmatched silverware and pots and pans. Owner needs to do some research how to improve property values."

"Pros: clean and spacious unit. Cons: Beach view is blocked, Noisy street and loud guests after midnight. No staff available after midnight, so no one to ensure the rules are enforced."

"We had a couple issues during our stay, however they were handled in a timely manner. The location was probably the best part about it. We were able to walk to the majority of our destinations during the week. Communication with the host was excellent. If you are a light sleeper, I would recommend staying in an upstairs unit due to the noise from other renters. For the price, location and staff, I would recommend staying."

"Where to start? I booked this place because it was a 10 minute walk from a venue, but the studio I was given was two more miles away. The kitchen was a disaster. Oven did not work.
