"The parking was coinvent. After checking in as we were going to find our room we couldn't help but notice some ceiling panels were missing. The wiring was exposed in this part of the corridor. The room was pleasant as we entered. Much of the bathroom hardware was old and flimsy but worked. Plenty of hot water. The tub was a challenge. Weird set up getting in our out to shower. The bugs were the worst. In the early morning hours my wife while using the bathroom notices bugs scouring on the...

"Everything was perfect. Just one suggestion: demonstrate concern for the environment with something besides plastic bottles upon arriving. Also re-use towels—things like that. Just a suggestion. "

"Room showed signs of significant wear. Dead bugs or other items on walls. Sheets had numerous red stains, maybe blood, pillowcase had a burn hole probably from a cigarette. I stayed 4 days because of work. They didn't service the room one time. The towels were not only hard, they were so black stained, you think someone was using them for automotive work. Definitely disappointed. I stayed here before several years ago and it was not this bad."

"The room had no heat on one of the coldest nights of the year. The smoke alarm chirped all night, even after changing the battery. The doors had no insulation, very drafty. The lien was stained. Bath tubs were peeling. The parking lot was very icy. "

"Front desk not helpful when we mentioned our lamps didn’t work. Lighting in the room was horrible. The room felt like prison. Not warm feeling at all. Front desk again not friendly when we left. No where to hang your towel. No hand soap. Hotel said it was recently renovated. I’d ask the company who renovated for their money back. Water leak caused bubbles in the ceiling and walls in our room. People smoking pot. Wouldn’t recommend."

"The water in the shower hardly came out. My shampoo in my hair could not be rinsed out properly. There really should be exhaust fans in each bathroom as this will eventually cause mold! Too much noise at night at around 8 pm and early in the morning. Someone was actually vacuuming at around 9:30 am. Even if i wanted to sleep in, it was not possible! Maids werent friendly at all. Bad customer service!!"
