"Amazing. Very well situated in the heart of the city. The staff is very professional, useful and kind. The 2 restaurants are wonderful. The Chinese one offers incredibly delicious dim sum. The other Lao and international food, all very tasty. We could organize some tuktuk tours with the concierge help and it was very well organized. Thank again for those memories."

"The room was nice and spacious, the air conditioning was arctic cold, lots of amenities were provided.
Breakfast was great! The BBQ pork was very tasty, congee, fried noodles were available. Some western options like eggs, sausages, bread, etc. were also options.
The staff were caring and attentive. We would love to come back soon to Riverside Hotel. Thanks for being a part of our vacation!"
