"This building looked "worn and tired." The stairs (by the back parking lot) from the second floor to the main floor were filthy. I believe the property was rated as "fabulous." Hotels.com needs to review it's rating system."

"Good: Staff was exceptional. Check-in clerk was amazing and so was the woman who ran the breakfast kitchen. Breakfast was hot and delicious with a nice veriety each day. Not so good: Rooms and hallways were out of date and shabby - worn and stained carpets. Our room had torn carpet and the stovetop ..."
