"This a new, small, and very nicely appointed hotel. It's quiet, friendly, and located near a small market and a fabulous, authentic Parrilla serving great meats and small dishes. A ten minute walk takes you to Parque de las Palapas, a vibrant community facility full of local families, music, shops, bathrooms, and a children's playground. We enjoyed visiting the hotel strip and beach during the day but were happy to be staying in this lovely neighborhood an Uber ride away Cancun's Las Vegas like...

"Super clean, quiet spot. Walkable to everything. Fernando, the owner, is amazing! He was quick with communication and we felt safe and welcomed. Very comfortable beds. The kitchenette was stoked with everything needed to cook our own meals. We enjoyed being here so much, we booked two more nights. Highly recommend this spot. It's in walking distance to Mercado 28, restaurants, and shops. Thank you Fernando! We will be recommending your beautiful home to everyone we know. "

"We stayed in the executive suite with a king-sized bed. Everything was spotless, very kind and accomodating staff (they even let us check in an hour early!), breakfast was good. If you're looking for convenience, the area is walkable to the ADO bus station, several parks and shopping centers, and offers a complementary morning shuttle to Playa Lagarto or the Isla Mujeres ferry port. Free coffee and filtered water stations, too."

Las habitaciones amplias,. cómodas, en la terraza hay cocina con utensilios. Hay una alberca muy rica también. Y la ubicación es genial, frente al ADO, frente a la ruta que lleva a la playa, junto a restaurantes y bares, y a un lado un Soriana. "

"The room is always clean. The cleaning staff/wait staff/ front desk/ security/ bellboys are friendly and approachable. The pool always has fresh water and minimal chlorine in it. It is family-friendly, my son has special needs and we stay here for 6 days. I feel safe around the staff and patrons in here. I definitely highly recommend this place. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟"
