"Very basic tired property. Bath/shower needs improving and shower curtain needs removing. Staff and food at lunch were good but breakfast and staff could of been so much better"

"The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, particularly Sam, who seemed to be everywhere, and the hotel grounds were picturesque and well kept. The food at the wedding we attended was excellent. Our room was comfortable and spacious, and the shower worked well and was a good temperature. Our only slight issue was the shower screen, which was not fully watertight, resulting in water on the floor in the bathroom, which needed hand towels to mop up the excess water, We enjoyed our stay."

"Great location. Check-in was fast and friendly. Room was well proportioned and clean. Had a wonderful dinner in the restaurant and the staff were helpful, polite and professional. Surprised at how quiet our room was considering how convenient for the airport the hotel is. Breakfast service lasted until 11am and was delicious. Wide selection of hot and cold options too. Courtesy bus to the airport for our train home was great although you need to remember to contact the hotel after your plane...

"The staff were wonderful, the rooms clean and functional, but the property is a huge maze and not easy to find your way around. The "high tub/shower" amenities are not the safest to use."

"We had the most wonderful stay. The staff were so helpful and friendly. They left a beautiful cake for my birthday! The breakfast was exceptional, nice view of the canal. The hotel smelt amazing and they had all the amenities you will need. I will definitely be staying again."

"This is a hotel inside a golf resort. Lovely breakfast and view overlooking the course. Room was quiet, safe and up to date with good amenities. The only thing I didn't like was them charging extra for pool towels. Those should be offered at the pool for guests of the hotel to use instead of taking one from room or being charged at such a swanky place. Bed was excellent and our sleep was very good here. Thank you!"

"It is set in the most beautiful grounds of old trafford cricket ground.. Tram line is on the doorstep too.. The rooms are lovely and so comfortable. I will definitely be back and recommending to family and friends,"

"This modern hotel on the edge of Crewe is conveniently located close to main roads without being overly noisy. It is located on a business park which is unusually green and leafy with wide verges, trees, a large pond and wooded footpaths. The breakfast whilst not a huge range was really fresh. particularly worth a mention was the decent quality bacon perfectly cooked and freshly fried eggs and very good croissants ! These items are often over cooked and chewy so these were a pleasant surprise!...

"The room itself was great, clean and comfortable. The check in experience let the whole stay down. Nothing against the staff as they did their best, but the idea you have to check in using the QR code is a flawed process and it took nearly 30 minutes to get checked in which is totally unacceptable. Many people were trying and failing to use the code to check in, causing staff to have to intervene in most cases and it just seemed to become more complex if you "booked last minute using an external...

"So conveniently close to the Manchester airport. We were able to walk over in 2 minutes. The staff was lovely and fulfilled every need we had.(extra towels and toilet tissue). The front desk recommended the Turkish restaurant at the hotel and it was delicious. We would stay here again for sure."
