"Had a horrible experience at this hotel. My truck was broken into while parked 7 spots away from the main entrance to the hotel lobby. Worst part is there were many other vehicles that had gotten broken into that same night that were also parked in the hotel parking lot. My window was smashed and truck completely ransacked. I was later informed by the front desk, that they have a security guard who works overnight and is on a golf cart patrolling the lot. Come to find out from another employee...

"Hotel was decent, but nothing incredible. Staff was competent, but not overly friendly. Mattress was comfortable, but room smelled musty and needed an update to fixtures. Pool was awesome. Nice place to stay with a family, but I wouldn’t want to be there for more than two nights. "

"They cancelled my booking without a phone call or anything. So at 8:30 pm I had to go find another hotel. The only thing they offered me was they would call another of their hotels in the area to see if they had a room available. I am still waiting to hear back from Expedia to get my money back. Guess we’ll see how that goes. "

"Clean room, parking was good but calling at 11:01 saying check out is at 11 is crazy. Not even an 5 star hotel will do that. Understand check out is at 11 but when kids are involved it’s a little hard with timing. Mind you we left at 11:05. Other than making sure you leave at 11am sharp place wasn’t too bad especially by the hospital which we needed. "

"Very nice front desk people and easy check in. They both were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was nice and clean and I felt very safe there with all of the outside lighting. I brought my dog with me and thankfully there was a pet area very close to my room. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you both for being very kind. "

"So I book a room for 1 night Feb 21 and 22 and I didn’t know abt the check in time I thought I can still check in on Feb 22 but when I arrived the front desk said “you have to check in AT 3pm” and now my family have to sleep on the car because we only need to sleep until 9am but they said they gonna charge me $70 for the room, $30 for I don’t know and $50 the deposit, so $150 in total just for 3 hours. I thought if I book for Feb 21 and Feb 22 and I can still check in on Feb 22. And also they...
