"I needed a room for 5 people. Booked this hotel because they had a room for 5 available. Found out that the couch for the 5th person was broken, impossible to sleep on it. Overall, its an average hotel."

"Stayed here for a weekend, and despite being only a few blocks from Times Square the property was clean, comfortable beds, quiet, and had great black out curtains. We got a king bed and it took up about 80% of the room, so this is a great option for smaller groups of 2-3 but 4 would be pushing it. Included a mini drink fridge and microwave in the room and had a filtered water station next to the elevators. Could hear doors slamming off and on all night, but none of the chaotic noise of NYC. Secondly I was charged, acc to Expedia two different prices for my 2 nights there— again, Expedia would not assist despite my 3 calls to them. Riu plaza room was small but lovely.
