"Beautiful property and had an amazing visit. Pity the property doesn’t have Aircon in the rooms. With the current heatwave it made it very hot inside the building . I understand it’s because it’s an old historical building and there are restrictions."

"Overall a lovely stay with friendly staff and a good breakfast. A nice room and very clean. The only downfall was the shower water was really hot, even on the lowest setting. Having a shower wasn't very enjoyable, which was a shame as the bathroom was really lovely with a rainfall shower head, but I had to stay out of the stream and splash the water on me. But we did mention it to them on checkout so hopefully it can be easily resolved, because the hotel was really nice. Unfortunately parking...

The staff are all fantastic, friendly, helpful, and even though they are all busy they are all really cheerful and take time to interact with you. Yes, admittedly the rooms look a little tired and dated, but they are clean, have everything you need and more importantly I sleep like a log here as the bedding is lovely and the beds extremely comfortable. "The Owners and staff were lovely, Lynn was so helpful and went out of her way. Lynn, Ruby and the handsome Joe was a delight to talk to.
