The person working came out with a plate, all cutlery and some napkins - fantastic service. Only down side is why in this day and age are you still using feathers / down. "Bedroom beautifully presented. Tea, coffee and water in the room. Comfortable bed. Warm and cosy. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The bar was well stocked good choice of drinks and cocktails. Breakfast, full breakfast included, delicious and lots of choice, eggs benedict, eggs royale etc. Would definitely recommend and stay again. There was a loyalty scheme but they didn't explain it so i have probably lost out on a lot of points. But otherwise excellent. "

"Great hotel in a perfect location overlooking the river. I had a comfortable stay - the room and especially the bathroom were very small (I struggled to close the bathroom door without squeezing behind it) The breakfast was very nice and made to order with quality ingredients. Check in was good but the reception staff should inform guests that the key ring for the hotel room also acts as a fob for the hotel gates. The room was very comfortable with all the facilities we needed. The breakfast offered a variety of choices which was a great start to our day. All staff were friendly and approachable.
