Hot tub was broken, they charged extra to park, no where was that listed, when we are already paying to stay there. People were fighting by the pool in the middle of the night. Kids screaming by the pool at 6 a.m.

Radisson Blu Mall of America
Was not informed about the pool being out of commission until the second day of our stay. This would have been nice to know prior to booking or checking in to the hotel that the pool was closed. Pretty bummed for my daughter being that she loves to swim.

Holiday Inn Express & Suites Mall of America - MSP Airport by IHG
Front desk staff wasn't as good as the previous visits, but not bad. It seemed like maybe there were new staff. Shuttle driver CJ was fantastic. I stayed here for the convenience to mall of america big mistake.
