"This is a great option in Tokyo. The subway is a 5-10 minute walk away and provides direct access (no transfers) to Narita via the Asakusa line. Nice quiet neighborhood with lots of small shops and places to eat. Breakfast was more traditional Japanese but well prepared. We upgraded to the Superior room which gave us a little more room for big suitcases. To avoid dragging bags up and down the subway steps, use the A4 exit which is another block from the hotel but worth it for the convenience....

"お部屋はとても綺麗に掃除されており気持ちよく過ごせました。 パジャマは部屋になく、エレベーターホールから各自持って行くシステムなのですが、サイズの種類があるのかないのかの説明がなく、不便さを感じました。 ワンサイズならそう記載して欲しいし、サイズがあるなら、表示した上で分けて置いて欲しいなと思いました。 お部屋の温度は自由に設定出来るので便利でした。 冷蔵庫に冷凍庫部分が無くて残念でした。 朝食は食べてないので分かりません。 アーリーチェックインが出来たので助かりましたが、1時間¥1000で1時間10分前だったので¥2000とられました。 他のホテルは15分くらいだとサービス(？)してくれる事が多いので、ちょっとガッカリでした。 エレベーターホールに電子レンジがありとても便利でした。 また機会があったら利用させていただきます。"

"The staff were incredibly helpful and went to a lot of trouble trying to track down a parcel I left in a taxi. We really appreciated the treats and drinks available in the foyer as well as the very reasonably priced breakfast. The location was excellent and the rooms small but very comfortable and well designed."
