"Such an unique experience - being "part" of an art exhibit. At first I was a little worried about the location, not being in a super busy part of Tokyo. However, once there, the subway system is so convenient that there are stations within a 5 min walk that can take you anywhere. The super market around the corner was great for snacks and gifts to take home as well as the art/paper store just a block away. The front desk staff were very welcoming and I love that you become a patron of the arts...

"Well equipped, clean apart hotel in a nice area. Great location for families with lots of restaurants and a couple of parks nearby. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Great place for a family of 4 to retreat to after busy days in the hustle and bustle of Tokyo."

"World class hotel with lots of history. Witnessed from hotel room window (pure chance) when foreign ambassadors were being transported to the Imperial Palace by horse carriage to present their credentials. Interesting spectacle. The palace east gardens were about 800m from the hotel. The hotel is located in the Tokyo Train Station making day travel in Tokyo and by the Shinkansen very simple. Staff extremely helpful."

"Clean room, high-quality amenities and service. Offers luggage storage service. Onsen on the top floor is superb and better than many private ones outside, although not tattoo friendly. Breakfast is not complimentary and quite expensive at 2500 yen but it is higher quality, just too early in my opinion only open until 9am. There is however complimentary late night ramen which was good. "

"It is conveniently located. We walked to most places including Ueno Park, Hamarikyu Garden, Tokyo Station, JR Shin-nihonbashi Station from which you can go to Narita Airport, Tokyo Station, Yokohama, Kamakura, Yokosuka...Free breakfast service and free cocktail hours are unique. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Our room is a bit too small for two people to relax but most of hotels in Tokyo are like that. Otherwise it is an excellent hotel."

"Highly recommend this for traveling with a family. I made a couple of mistakes with my reservation: first reserved one day short then reserved the wrong date when I tried to add a day. The young lady at the front desk helped me to cancel the wrong reservation so I could get full refund, then booked the correct date for me. Thanks to her for helping me out."

Die Reinigung der Zimmer wird alle vier Tage angeboten, die Handtücher werden aber standardmäßig jeden Tag gewechselt, was keinem nachhaltigen Konzept entspricht. Der Zustand des doch recht neuen Hotels war anders als erwartet. Am ersten Tag löste sich die vorher bereits sichtbar geklebte Zierleiste an einer Ablage. Die Lüftung des Badezimmers konnte nicht abgestellt werden, sodass...

"This turned out to be the perfect stay for almost a week in Tokyo. We were three travelers and it was more than adequate space for all of us to stay comfortably. The location was very good too, very close to the station and maybe convenience stores. It was very nice to come back from very crowded areas in Tokyo to a very quiet Nihonbashi. The staff were EXCELLENT. Spoke great English and helped us ship luggage and buy bus passes to the airport. Everything went perfect and I would love to stay...
