The Amenities are nice and clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The bathroom comes fully equipped with mini sized bottles and grooming kits, which are nice quality. "Fantastic location that connects to many different lines, literally right on top of a train station exit. Also has extremely large rooms for tokyo standards, and I really appreciated being able to relax in the onsen after long days of walking!"

"The warm hospitality of the staff is incredible. I asked them if they have a newspaper with ohtani in the front page when they won the world series and one of the staff running with a paper. Its amazing where they go extra and beyond their service. The garden is magnificent . Tokyo moon is amazing part of the attraction. We will definitely go back again.
