"I rarely take the time to write feedback about a hotel, but Parc 55 was a huge disappointment and did not reflect the Hilton Honors Brand. 1. The room was old and dirty one of the selling points of this hotel is the huge sweeping windows and city view the windows were so dirty i could not see out of them , i took a piece of cloth and wiped the window it was layers of jet black, the room feels dirty and smells like cigarette smoke, the chair was filthy i did not even put any of my items on it,...

"Reception area and bathrooms need major updating and cleaning up. The utility sink looked like it hasn't been cleaned for a while and I found someone else's pair of socks under the couch.
Staff can practice a more welcoming and friendlier attitude, and not make you feel that you're wasting their time.
On our first night, there were only 2 hangers and 3 bath towels in the room for a booking of 4 people. When I asked for 6 more hangers and an add'l towel, staff looked annoyed and I had to...

"The location for us was excellent. Being up towards the Marina area it was walkable to the Presidio, the Marina, Crissy field, Ft Mason, Fisherman's wharf. Access to the golden Gate bridge and parts north was approximately 8-10 minutes by Car. The SF trolleys are near there. SF is a bust city and Lombard St does have traffic however with the AC on we didn't hear the traffic. Area was safe to walk. Room was spacious to spread out. Parking is complimentary on site. Elevator is available to the...
