"This was my 2nd stay here and planning to stay again in the future. Continental breakfast is still quick and filling with a variety of choices. Maybe biscuits and gravy would be a welcome addition. All the staff are friendly and helpful. I was impressed by the brightly lit parking lot. I feel very safe staying here."

"This is the worst hotel we’ve ever been to. No toilet paper in the room, no hair dryer, no remote control for the TV. We asked several times and didn’t get any. The place smells horrible. The carpets are so gross. Breakfast was basically non existent. The front desk agents were very unprofessional, smoking outside and just overall unpleasant. You could say you get what you pay for but we stayed here for a World Cup game and paid a lot more than this place is worth. Knowing the hotel would be...

"Didn’t entirely feel clean, and felt that room had been smoked in frequently. Desk had dust covering glass. Woke up several times over the night with sinus drainage that cleared up after I left the property. It was a perfect location for me, and was relatively inexpensive. I did feel safe."

"Stayed for the World Cup. Vamos Argentina! Great value and convient location. Just ride share to Independence Center and take the ConnectKC bus to game. Leave early for the game, traffic is a mess. Very close walk to some restaurants (Mcdonalds and Whataburger) Accommodating staff and a good breakfast included. Thank Tim and Max!"

"There was a tornado warning and a terrible storm. We were asked to stay on the ground level near the shelters under the stairs. The Bistro was open and serving food. The staff pitched in to help and got us fed. They were very comforting to those who weren't used to tornado warnings. We were impressed at how well they handled those who were scared. The room was comfortable and clean. We enjoyed our breakfast. It was nice to have the option to take it to go."
