"It’s a very small hotel"

"We stayed on the imperial floor and had access to the lounge, gym and swimming pools, and we had breakfast included. Everything was absolutely wonderful. Staff were super nice and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. We’d certainly come back!"

"I recently stayed here and had an okay stay. It's an old property but it's decently maintained even though it could use some refurbishing. The rooms are huge. I stayed in the Super Double Room and it was a very large, especially as a solo traveler. The bed was comfortable and I had no trouble sleeping. Breakfast was really good, lots of options, both Japanese and western. The location is just okay, it's far from the centre of Osaka and you cannot walk anywhere, but the subway is nearby which was...

"The air quality in the room qas terrible and Wasn't able to get the humidifier/purifier working. The temperature control was useless because there was a message on it indicating the unit was under the control of the hotel. The property looked nice and was clean but I wouldnt stay here again."

"Very conveniently located. Very clean."

"Friendly staff"

"It was nice"

"Prima hotel, wel aan de dure kant qua prijs-kwaliteit-verhouding in Japan"

"We really enjoyed the Weston Osaka, and used this property as our base for our stay. Our room was quiet, spacious and the bed was very comfortable. There is a beautiful garden with a lot of Koi and a resident turtle. A short walk to the other side takes you to the Umeda sky tower and a variety of restaurants. We planned a lot of day trips using a train pass. The train station is close and provides easy access to JR lines and subway lines. The Weston runs a convenient shuttle during the day if...

"Everything about this Hotel is excellent! We love the breakfast buffet, shops nearby, walking distance to everything- especially the train subway literally 10 steps away outside the hotel. We will definitely stay here again when in Osaka next time. We will refer to family and friends of this place."

"It was fine. The view from the room was nice. Room itself is dated and had a horribly stiff mattress that left my husband and I in pain. Did not try any of the on site restaurants. Staff was lovely."

"Maravilloso!! Volvería mil veces más! Ubicación, atención, hermoso, TODO!"

"What a great hotel, the staff were amazing and the rooms are wonderful. Centrally located and close by either metro or Uber to the many sites of Osaka. Very reasonably priced and highly recommended."

"大変真摯な対応をしていただきとても快適に過ごせました。 お部屋も快適、とても清潔で気持ちよく過ごせました。"

"O hotel é muito bem localizado porém o prédio é gigantesco e demora para você chegar até a rua!"

"Really convenient and nice place even the location far away from shopping center in Umeda but they provide shuttle bus for u . There is subway station under ground floor checked it up incase to walk too far"

"My double bed room was spacious and clean. Friendly staff. Excellent hotel breakfast buffet! I’d highly recommend it because there are few food options around other than convenience stores open before 10 or 11am. The hotel provides free coffee, tea and pop in the lobby and we appreciated the filtered water refill stations on each floor. Washer and dryer machines were small and mediocre but expected compared to home appliances. Walking distance to public transportation. Overall very satisfied and...
