However were disappointed that the activity Director in the lobby charged $135 above what two tickets for a sunset cruise would have cost if we had booked directly with vendor. Plus we were asked to tip her as if she were a server in a restaurant which cost an extra $40 which seem to be expected. Choices of tip amount was pre-determined. Also we asked not to be on a cruise that provided unlimited liquor and that is what we were booked on....

Although the building itself seems a bit older, it’s very clean and well maintained, so I was overall very satisfied with my stay. The location is also excellent—Napili Bay is only about a one-minute walk away, and Kapalua Bay Beach is roughly a 10-minute walk. It was perfect for enjoying the area."
