A guy who lived there was outside and let me borrow his phone, so I was then able to call and get instructions. There was apparently a key box, and they gave me the code. However, I couldn’t figure out how to open the key box, so I went back to that same guy, and, between the two of us, we figured it out. "The furniture in the unit was old but in good shape. The carpet was well worn. The internet didn’t work for 2 days. Great view from our balcony. Comfortable bed. Nice beach and really nice pools. Near restaurants, stores, food truck park. Supermarkets and pharmacies even an urgent care facility across the street. "

"Loved everything about Nāpili Shores. Our trip started with a free upgrade to an Ocean view room. Spent the entire week looking at Molokai which was awesome! We had a couple of good dinners at Kitchen 5315 which was never crowded. And, we rented snorkeling equipment onsite and snorkeled everyday at amazing Napili Bay which is next door. Couldn’t ask for a better vacation!"

"When we first arrived I was like what did I book for us. The outside looks alittle run down , could use alittle sprucing up. The rooms were great. It was a really nice, big, clean room the bed was comfortable. They had a good size fridgeannd they were right across the street from the beach. It was just a few feet and you are at the beach. We stayed there 2 days before going to our timeshare for a week. I would highly recommend this resort. Thanks for a great stay."

"We loved our stay at Napili Village Hotel. It was everything we wanted. Close to beautiful beach, coastal trail hike, pineapple hill-hike. Room had a full kitchen, deck. Nice walk to Napili village. Pool was perfect. This hotel is small, family run and exactly what we were looking for. Mahalo !! "

"Best view ever! Loved to be as close to the water as possible and 40 feet is great. The carpet needs replacing and the unit is old. But I was fine with that. Was out walking and snorkeling most of the time. "

"Great property! Self check-in is quick and easy. Bell service takes luggage and any kind of groceries up to the room. Pools and beach access was a dream. Would definitely recommend to families!"

"The room was spacious and had a nice kitchen with all the amenities. We appreciated that we could request fresh towels and supplies during our stay. The two things that I would like to suggest are new washers and dryers. They did not work well at all!! Also, the TVs need to be upgraded to smart TVs. Basic channels were not sufficient. Otherwise, it was a wonderful week in Maui! "
