"The staff were super friendly and made me feel welcomed. The food was incredible and the room excellent. I would highly recommend! :)"

"Great stay at a great pub with good well priced food, room clean and well maintained. Only problems, finding somewhere to eat Monday night and as a business traveller would have like breakfast to be served a little earlier. Although the breakfast tray was good."

"Stunning views from the garden"

"Nice cozy place with a wonderful view. Staff super helpful and accommodating too."

"Such a nice place to stay and very beautifully antique yet modern. The view of the castle was amazing from our room and it was a nice walk through the quaint town to visit the castle. Breakfast was great and so nice that it was included. Dinner was very good too."

"Owner left me the keys for a late check in after I travelled up by train"

"On arrival the young lady started to check us in then decided to assist another customer leaving us waiting to finally being checked 5 minutes later by a male member of staff who also made a comment as to why she didn’t finish checking us in. The male member staff was helpful and showed us to our room, which really lovely. "We were allowed in a bit early as we came by train. The owner Sue is super friendly as were her staff We were right on the beach and could leave the sash windows open for air and to hear the sea. Breakfast was hot and excellent and it’s right next to 2 restaurants with a corner shop behind. The main Sandy beach is only 10 minutes away and the shops are only 15 minutes away Perfect"

"Clean and very friendly and helpful owner. Good parking onsite."

"Lovely clean large room. Great tv with a superb picture. Plenty of tea / coffee and biscuits welcome tray. We were surprised how quiet our sleep was, the pub below was busy but no sound from it. The decoration of the whole venue is incredible with so much to look at. There is a lot of car spaces but the area is very busy so it’s a bit of a search to find one."

"The location, cleanliness and friendly and helpful staff."

"The hotel is very well run and the hosts are very helpful. The rooms are a decent size. Although it took a while for the water to warm up in the shower. I acknowledge that this is beyond the owner’s control, but my second floor room overlooked a junction and the traffic was noisy . At about 4am a lorry collected the empty glass bottles. The noise of the crash as the glass shattered was shocking. Avoid a roadside room on a Wednesday morning….if you want undisturbed sleep."

"Camera pulita, letti comodi, personale molto alla mano e gentile. Buona colazione"
