"If you are visiting Universal Studios, the free shuttle service is wonderful. It runs every 15-20 minutes.
The staff are very friendly and very helpful.
Complaints are the bed, very uncomfortable. The shower has very low pressure. Self parking is $50 daily and Valet is $60 per day. No microwave in the room. I learned the day before our checkout that we could have rented the microwave for the room.

"My wife and I had a great one night stay. The hotel and property were very nice and well maintained. ALL of the staff we interacted with were very nice and had great customer service skills.
